We'll examine why a project management approach is not sufficient to ensure success within complex and dynamic environments, and how you can usefully apply the emerging disciplines of portfolio and program management to ensure your initiatives deliver intended business benefits.

Business Process Design & Implementation

2 day workshop in Sydney CBD

If you're a business manager or business analyst or in an organisational change role, this course will provide you with key skills in mapping, understanding and designing business processes and explain how to use processes to strategically realign your organisation. You'll also learn how to define roles and responsibilities based on processes and how to use information systems and workflow to implement processes. Participants will work on a team-based extended case study and take away useful templates and a toolkit of process design methods.
